What's the difference between plans?
The only difference between our plans is the number of active teams you can manage. All plans include every feature—scheduling, messaging, stats tracking, practice planning, document storage, and mobile app access. We believe in providing full value at every tier.
Do coaches have to pay?
If your organization uses KoachSynk: No! Coaches get free access when their organization subscribes. Just ask your org admin to invite you.

Independent Coach Plans are only for coaches who want to manage their own team(s) outside of an organization—like a private travel team or personal coaching business.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, the new rate takes effect at your next renewal date.
Is there a limit on players per team?
No! All plans include unlimited players. Whether you have 10 players or 100, you can add as many as you need to each team at no additional cost.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! Select plans offer a 30-day free trial (look for the badge on the plan card). Independent coaches can also start with our Free Coach Plan to try the platform with one team at no cost.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and comply with data protection regulations. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
